Dear Ali,

I suppose, when you refer to SDL, you mean the "Specification and
Description Language" (ITU-T Recommendation Z.100): An ANTLR v2 based parser
for ITU-T SDL-2000 is listed on http://www.antlr2.org/grammar/list and can
be downloaded from http://teststep.org/
