[antlr-interest] debugging grammar with actions in Antlrworks only in Java

Hi All,
    I'm not very familiar with Java as C# and it has just come to my attention that Antlrworks will not debug a grammar with actions if the output language is CSharp.
  Maybe this should be made more explicit in the "generate code" action of Antlrworks(for example).
