[antlr-interest] Whither ANTLRworks.pdf?

Hi,

The footnote on page 15 of TDAR says that there is ANTLRworks 
documentation at <http://www.antlr.org/works/doc/antlrworks.pdf>, but 
that URL produces a 404 page.

Searching with Google turned up 
<http://www.antlr.org/workshop/ANTLR2005/presentations/ANTLRWorks.pdf>, 
but that's just a few slides.

Evidently, I wrote this several months back:

(I'm not having the problem I was back then, but that was a different 
grammar and I was using pre-release tools, but I'm encountering ongoing 
questions and hate to pester the list with every little thing I come 
across.)


Is there are updated version of the document in the offing?
