[antlr-interest] cannot access Antlr download links & grammar links

Hello,
   
  I am trying to access antlr2.7.7.msi link to download Antlr software, but this shows me some text with lots of jargon. Same is the case when I try to access the grammars. What am I missing?
   
  Also, I am working on Windows2000, so what link should I use to download Antlr?
