[antlr-interest] porting antlr v3 to C

Chris,

This is already pretty much complete, though the documentation and
examples are still a bit lacking and you need them really because
although I tried to stay as close to the Java as possible, some thigns
in C give you more control but are necessarily a little more involved
(though nothing a C programmer will not have seen before).

Just use the language=C; option and see what you get :-)
