[antlr-interest] ANTLR3 Converting Java to C++ subset (sorta)

The only real assumption is that the original Java (j2me) coming in is
pretty simplistic.  We don't use annotations or enums or anything fancy.  We
don't use type parameters either.  Actually.... come to think of it, if
there exists a complete java 1.4 grammar for ANTLR3 I should probably use
that instead ...but I'm not sure one exists.
