[antlr-interest] Creating Lexer from String

Hi. Thank you for the response.
Having downloaded the latest release of 3.0, I could not find
ANTLRStringReader mentioned in any of the jar files. 
For posterity, that did clue me in to ANTLRStringStream, which did the job.
