[antlr-interest] Is ANTLR suitable for wiki grammar parsing?

This is similar to the way StringTemplate treats the contents of template
files. So, yes. I think ANTLR would handle it fine.
I haven't looked at your grammar yet (no time atm) but others may be able
to comment directly on it.
