CVS or SVN, not that I know of.  As Johannes said, the _official_ is
in perforce. Although it's not hard to get access.

I'm hosting an unofficial git version that you can clone from:
$ git clone http://code.kmdconsulting.ca/antlr.git/

It's synced daily with the official code.
