While you could do that not sure if it gets us anything not already  
offered by Fisheye and its tarballs; an actual SCM mirror would be  
better because then anonymous users could do stuff like "git  
log"/"svn log", "git diff"/"svn diff" and the like. Getting updates  
would be easier ("git pull"/"svn up"), and submitting patches would  
be more straightfoward too.
