[antlr-interest] Building v3 csharp examples with antlr-3.1b2

Hi Johannes

Thanks for your reply. No, -k:mono-2.0 or -t:mono-2.0 have no effect.  
I guess I'll ask on the nant list. I would have thought this was not  
an uncommon problem.
