[antlr-interest] $ Expansion Conflict w/ Class Name

Although Java allows class names beginning with $, ANTLR does not.

 

Is there a known workaround besides:

 

1.  renaming the class (if you have the source code)

 

2.  Writing an adaptor (if you don't)

(This is not always straightforward.)
