[antlr-interest] Grammar.createLookaheadDFA(): could not even do k=1 for decision 45;

I can certainly try but the grammar has 400+ rules so it may take some
time. I was hoping for some clue that would help me to localize the
problematic set of rules before I start narrowing the grammar.
