[antlr-interest] debugging v3

Thanks for your response, Mark.  I am still muddling
around with it, but I will take a look at your WIP
presentation and keep in mind your offer of voice
help.

Related, though more specific:  has anyone noticed any
situation where the debugger seems to process a given
set of input successfully where the interpreter does
not?  In this case I have the interpreter telling me
it received a FailedPredicateException (syntactic) but
the debugger shows no such thing.
