[antlr-interest] pseudocode translator to java, c and Ada

Pseudocode notations are by definition not formal languages and so not within the purview of ANTLR.  The ANTLR grammar list is far from complete, but ANTLR has certainly been used for modeling languages (seems to be closest to what Joe is asking for) and for specification languages, including ASN.1.
