[antlr-interest] dynamic token stream

It might be interesting to see whether the ANTLR stream stuff can be made to
use Java's NIO classes, like ReadableByteChannel or CharBuffer.

Of course, I'm tossing this out as a purely selfish
probably-no-use-to-anyone-else
item. I had considered using ANTLR for a simple network protocol ("testable
with telnet"), but I built the server  for nonblocking IO.
