[antlr-interest] «throws-spec» in Rules

In the Antlr Book 4.3 Rules it says there can be an «throws-spec» and an 
«exceptions-spec»

but I don't find an example how to use these.

I would like to throw my own exception inside my Tree grammar if some 
actions fail.
