[antlr-interest] C# run-time and strong name

You could always just give it a strong name yourself.  If source 
is available, then recompile it with a strong name.  If not, then 
first disassemble it with ildasm and then reassemble with ilasm 
while applying a strong name at the same time.  Either way it's 
pretty easy.
