[antlr-interest] Remote debugging with C# in ANTLRWorks

Actually, I got it working with ANTLRWorks 1.2b1, with the runtimes
compiled from source from January
(http://fisheye2.cenqua.com/browse/antlr/runtime/CSharp/Sources with
Constraint) ...
I didn't use it exhaustively yet, but the first shot looks good to me.
