[antlr-interest] throws clause not working?

what's the status of  http://www.antlr.org:8888/browse/ANTLR-100 ?
ANTLR seems to not decorate with "throws MyException" the java
functions corresponding to rules with a throws clause for
"MyException".

If it's supported is there a document somewhere stating exactly what
needs to be done?
Also, if it's fully implemented you may consider closing the bug :)
