[antlr-interest] ANTLR 3.1b1 released!

I would like to remind you that C runtime still doesn't support
(correct) custom adaptors like Java does. In "advocacy of C++ support
in ANTLR 3.x" thread Jim Idle wrote:

It would nice to have it done in the coming 3.1 version...
