[antlr-interest] Unspecified licenses for grammars on Antlr.org

Hi,
I noticed that some of the grammars listed on
http://www.antlr.org/grammar/list such as the Java 1.5 grammar have a
license specified, but others do not. Is there some default license that
is considered to apply to the unspecified ones? Are they considered
public domain? Or are they considered property of the author(s) and
would need to have a license negotiated to use? Of course, probably few
if any of us here are lawyers, but I'm wondering what the community's
view is.
Thanks,
Ron
