[antlr-interest] pANTLR3_INPUT_STREAM from char*

Hi all,

I know this is basic, but reading the c documentation and googling for an
hour did not help.

Let's say I have a std::string or char* variable.
I want to get a pANTLR3_INPUT_STREAM.

How can I do this? (All examples I found is about getting one form a file.)
