[antlr-interest] ANTLRWorks 1.2.3 released

Oops... yeah, I am having problem updating the page. It will be fixed  
as soon as Terence fixes the permission. In the mean time, you can use  
the Check for Update menu item in ANTLRWorks to grab the latest version.
