[antlr-interest] AST Visualization with CSharp2

[Ben Gillis]

w/ CSharp2 target: anyone graphically visualizing ASTs to see the effects of AST rewrites in the grammar?
if so, is that available/shared?

checking before I possibly reinvent the wheel.
