[antlr-interest] ST feature proposal

Howdy, I think Jim Idle brought up that sometimes you want to format  
your templates without screwing up the output. I just added a feature  
proposal:

Example:

"start of a string<\\>
           <some very long expression in ST><\\>
           <followed by another very long expression>"

ST would ignore the newline and any indentation.

I can easily slip this in for 3.2.1 release, which I guess will be the  
book release
