[antlr-interest] "Language design patterns" book available in beta

I do actually have a write up from a prototype of the book before it
was a design patterns book. I was thinking about creating a bytecode
generator to go along with the bytecode interpreters but getting the
LLVM stuff in there would be cool.

I'm almost done with the high level interpreter chapter. I should be
able to start on the bytecode chapter next week. Then I need to start
on the generating structured text chapter. I'm running out of pages.
I have only about 80 pages left to play with; 350 pages max for the
book.
