[antlr-interest] Anltr 3.1.3

[Bryan S Follins]

I downloaded ANTLRv 3.1.3 on my computer.  I have XP, 2003. I downloaded the
jar file, clicked to open it, but it  would not open.

 

What am I doing wrong?
