[antlr-interest] ANTLR IDE 1.3.0 released

Hey all,

Following Edgar's advice, I got this updated and all seems well.
However, it appears that while it "supports" ANTLR 3.1.2, it still uses
the ANTLR 3.1.1 code generation tool? Is this right?
