Hi, it looks like I may be re-writing the MySQL front end in ANTLR (C 
target, but it should be usable in other targets) shortly as this is 
something that the MySQL team feels is a good idea. So, if you hang fire 
for a while, this will happen anyway I think. This will be based on my 
commercial SQL parser:
