[antlr-interest] Big grammar => static initializer/method size is exceeding the 65535 bytes limit

I did. The C# ports of the ANTLR Tool and StringTemplate have no
dependency on previous versions - I keep a build of just the files
required to generate files for the CSharp3 target in the bin/Bootstrap
directory.
