[antlr-interest] Keep ANTLRWORKS from connecting to remote debugger

Hi!

I'm using ANTLRWORKS 1.3. I'm unable to prevent it from trying to connect to
the remote debugger in spite of the fact that I'm generating code in the
default target language, Java.

What could be causing this and how can I prevent it?
