[antlr-interest] How to implement a pull parser?

Hi everybody,
I'd like to implement a pull-like parser using ANTLR but I don't have
any idea where starting from!
The scenario is, for example, a simple CSV parser I can drive invoking
a "give me the next line" method...
Any hint/idea? Every help will be more than appreciated :)
