[antlr-interest] Padding Fields in StringTemplate?

Is there a way to pad fields in StringTemplate?

 

In other words, I want to print a table with each element right or left
justified within a field of a fixed width and pad the rest of the field with
whitespace (or some other character).

 

Can this be done with StringTemplate, or do I need to precalculate/prefill
field strings with padding?
