[antlr-interest] Antlr v3.3/3.4 documentation hurdles

Hi Ramanand,

Any suggestions, pointers, or clues where to look to?

My last option when all others have been exhausted is to just compile a
version of ANTLR with the source code, not the jar, and start debugging.
Even though I prefer the C# version I have worked in the Java version to
hunt down the root cause. It's worth the trouble because of what is learned.
