[antlr-interest] I am using ANTLRWorks, How do I specify the template that it should use for generation.

I am working on a DSL and I want to use StringTemplate to generate the
output.  What should the .stg be named and where should I put it so
ANTLRWorks can find it.

Assume that I am using the following:

grammar MyGrammar.g which produces an AST
generator MyGenerator.g output = template

These are both currently saved on my Desktop.  The output folder is
Desktop/output.
