[antlr-interest] [SPAM] Tree attribute for tree grammar rule: how?

I am looking at TDAR $6.4 and it is clear that tree
grammar rules have no tree attribute. How best to
give them one? After all, they are derived from a
parser rule, often in 1-to-1 correspondence, and the
parser rule does have such an attribute.
