[antlr-interest] test release of antlr 3.4

Hi Ter and all,

Regarding backwards compatibility with ANTLR 3.3 and ST 3.x, will
there eventually be a new output option for ST4 ?  Something like
"output = templatev4" ?

This age about hacking ANTLR to work with ST4 doesn't mention that...
