[antlr-interest] Can a ANTLR 3 rule have both a rule and global scope?

FYI.

Due to the bug http://www.antlr.org/jira/browse/ANTLR-310 only the last
global scope of multiple global scopes for a rule is correctly pushed and
popped. The other push and pops are missing.

I don't know if this is limited to my version or all versions of ANTLR 3.
