[antlr-interest] Reuse tokens from multiple grammars in tree grammar

Can anyone help me ?

I've read this: http://www.antlr.org/wiki/display/ANTLR3/Tree+construction

but it does not cover exactly what I'm looking for. Nothing about rewriting
an AST from one tree grammar into another one with different tokens.
