[antlr-interest] Antlr v4 - C++ target

Hi Gokul,

We would definitely be interested in trying your C++ target if the memory
footprint is significantly lower than the C target. We have to handle files
up to 0.5 Gb in size, so minimising the memory overhead is critical for our
software.
