[antlr-interest] programmatically generating lexer/parser from grammer

Not sure how to generated the java source files from
grammer programmatically. I was using the maven plugin previously.

Looks like there is supposed to be a org.antlr.Tool class. But, it seems to
be missing in my package.

I am using antlr 3.4.
