[antlr-interest] JavaScript target support?

Well, it looks great and I'd try it but I cloned the github repo and it
appears the only target is Java. I don't know if there are "plugins" of
some sort planned for other targets but for now it looks like I have to
use something else for JavaScript.

I also see that antlr 4 is near release which might be better to go with
