I think it would be pretty straightforward to implement just one  
loader that treats your directories as template groups with  
inheritance, so you wouldn't have to change any java code -- just move  
directories around as needed, and maybe edit a configuration file for  
whatever can't be deduced from the directory structure.

I'll be glad to help with writing such a thing, and I can also post  
the code for my loaders online somewhere, after I update them to work  
with ST4.
