[stringtemplate-interest] Moving closer to 4.0 ST release (what to do with the doc)

Hi,Things seem to be quieting down in the beta. thanks very much to all the help from Udo Borkowski, Sam Harwell, Collin Fagan, Oliver Zeigermann, and others.

Before I can make a full 4.0 release, however, I need to figure out what to do with the documentation. I'm tempted to simply make a wholesale copy and then tweak it according to the changes in 4.0. One of the things that stops me is that Graham Wideman felt the old documentation wasn't that great. If that's true, then perhaps I should start over from scratch. That is probably unrealistic though given how much I am revving my engines to get restarted on ANTLR 4.0.

Any suggestions about how to proceed with the documentation would be greatly appreciated!
