[antlr-interest] Is there a Visual Basic 6 grammar for ANTLR(or VB .Net)?

I'm going to develop a Visual Basic 6 parser by using ANTLR. Right 
now I know there is a informal BNF grammar for VB.Net, I'll try to 
convert this kind of grammar to ANTLR recognized EBNF. I'm new to 
grammar/parser area, I want to know how hard to use ANTLR to generate 
a VB parser and how about ANTLR learning curve.
