[antlr-interest] suggestion - ANTLR API

The documentation for ANTLR seems kind of bottom-up.
In that one has to read all the documentation to
learn how to use it (well I did). I think it would
be good if ANTLR had some kind of API,
or top down view to the documentation so that navigation
were easier. I am surprised the source is not JavaDocced
so that API generation were easier. I am not sure how
helpfull this would be but I think it would allow for
a different view of the whole thing.
