I'm not sure what the transmorgify framework does, but if it isn't handling
the COMMENTs  then you have to.  Typically COMMENTs are put along side of
nodes (as an attribute or instance variable of a node) instead of inserted
into the actual tree, because if they are in the tree itself then they have
to be accounted for in the grammar, which is messy for comments because
those can be anywhere.
