[antlr-interest] Missing files for CPP lib

Hi,

I'm missing 9 files for the static CPP library.

The files that I'm missing are
ANTLRException.cpp
AST.cpp
CommonASTNode.cpp
CommonASTNodeWithHiddenTokens.cpp
LexerSharedInputState
ParserException
ParserSharedInputState
ScannedException
TreeParserSharedInputState

Are these files required? Where do I find them as they weren't 
included when I downloaded the zip file.
