[antlr-interest] added "getting started" document + tutorials

Folks,

Added a getting started document:

http://www.antlr.org/doc/getting-started.html

available now and in the future 2.7.2 doc, which I'm working on right 
now.

Added a link from home page to the doc.

What else should go in the getting started doc?

When people return from vacation first week of January and test 
2.7.2rc1, we should be able to release 2.7.2!
